We are very good at "overnight shipping" which makes many people who previously worked with rockstar engineering teams from tech giants in Silicon Valley surprise.
What we've done?
Our Ranking and Routing Engine (RRE) enables Got It to offer the world's first Knowledge as a Service platform. Nobody has successfully done this before. Period.

What we do?
We love our users and we don't want them to have bad product experience. Keeping high bar on quality is our passion. We double check, triple check and quadruple check every single feature to make sure that our users always have the best out of our team.
How we do?
We started out as a manual testing team but now everyone codes to automate our day to days job. We are very proud of that!
What we've done?
We know every detail of our complicated platform and product ecosystem. We also automate more than half of the workloads which makes QA jobs really fun!
Design
What we do?
We are obsessed with users centered design and always try our best to make every single interaction with our products an elegant experience. As a designer, you don't have to be crazy to work with us, we will train you.
How we do?
We tell stories by visualizations. The team includes people with different lifestyles, but all work hard. Be bold or italic, but never regular.
What we've done?
Our designs touch thousands of experts and millions of users around the globe every month. And hey, we have been featured a lot by Apple!
Customer Support & Operations
What we do?
We serve our customer and expert team 24/7 with all of our kind hearts. With convenient support of advanced technical basement as well as excellent colleagues, customer supporting is a rather interesting work and a good experience to try. "Make customer happy" is always our prioritized attitude and daily desire!
How we do?
Our main workspace is a system called Zen-desk so you would be likely to become a Zen-master :) We are based in Vietnam but work directly with users and experts from all different countries. You will experience on your own of how flat the world is.
What we've done?
We are supporting excellently our users with hundreds of daily tickets. With desire of providing 5-star experience, we have newly offered a premium service called “Concierge Service” for tough problems. It’s our peace of mind approach for busy people.

What we do?
We are the first ones to welcome you at Got It and stay until last to ensure everything is going right. We understand that "Good foods bring people together" so food, snacks, drinks at Got It are always awesome. We also take care of everything else to make sure that you are happy and focus on work.
How we do?
Turning chaos into order is our specialty. Multitasking is our asset. We proceed each and every single candidate among hundreds of applications every day, not to mention bundles of administrative activities. Performance review system, hiring process, we've got it all covered.
What we've done?
We proudly witness and support Got It transforms from a tiny little team of 6 in Vietnam into one of the most well-known team in the country. Hiring, onboarding, and whatever it takes to make sure that everything is running smoothly and continue to grow are our mentality.
