Round 1: Online Screening InterviewOnline | 1 hour

Get to know each other and discuss relevant experience, skills & knowledge based on your CV.

Round 2: In-Depth InterviewOffice / Online | 2 hours

This discussion includes 2 sessions:

Competency: Delve into your technical skills & knowledge to see how they align with the applied position.
Culture Fit: Meet different Got It members to check if we get along well and share similar values (This session will happen, if and only if you pass the Competency Interview).

When can I expect to hear back about my application?

Each stage in the hiring process will take up to 3 to 5 business days. Usually, the whole process takes from 7 to 10 business days from the date of CV submission.

Will I hear back from Got It if I do not pass the CV round?

Certainly, we will notify you of the CV submission result through email within 3 to 5 business days. Please remember to keep an eye on your inbox!

Do I have to participate any test?

Not mandatory! Depends on the applied position and the interview. We might send you a test, and you can access and finish from home within 5 days.

Do you hire students, interns, and new graduates?

It depends on the company’s needs and resources! We have tailored programs available for interns and recent graduates. Be sure to regularly review our job listings to stay updated on newly opened positions.
