Data, data, and data! We don't waste any single minute to argue about anything without data to back it up. Designed as a data driven company from day one, Operations team manage hundreds of metrics and KPIs on the daily basis to support all business decisions.

Balancing demand and supply for the marketplace is a super hard problem. We did it, for millions of users! Our algorithms for global reverse auction and minimum viable liquidity management allow users have the best expert at the best price in real time.

We started out as a manual testing team but now everyone codes to automate our day to day jobs. We are very proud of that!

We are the first ones to welcome you at Got It and stay until last to ensure everything is going right. We understand that "Good foods bring people together" so food, snacks, drinks at Got It are always awesome. We also take care of everything else to make sure that you are happy and focus on work.

Turning chaos into order is our specialty. Multitasking is our asset. We proceed each and every single candidate among hundreds of applications every day, not to mention bundles of administrative activities. Performance review system, hiring process, we've got it all covered.
